Return and Refund Policy

Maus-Tec LLC, doing business as Maus-Tec Electronics (“Maus-Tec,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

Thank you for shopping at Maus-Tec. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Most items in our store are made to order and cannot be returned once manufacturing has begun. This especially applies to our adult electronic products. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or perform simple diagnostic steps.

Damage we do not cover:

• Any alterations made by the customer
• Damage occurring from renting out the device or commercial use
• Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

For manufacturing defects, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Returns: In-Stock Items

Products which were not made to order and were purchased for immediate (in-stock) shipping may be returned under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The return is initiated within 24 hours of delivery
• The item is returned in original packaging with all accompanying documents and accessories, also in their original packaging
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Once Maus-Tec receives the returned item, it will be inspected for tampering. If none is found, a refund will be processed. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items that have been shipped.

Returns: Made-to-Order Items

Products manufactured through our made-to-order (build queue) process cannot be returned once they have been delivered to the customer.

Your made-to-order product must be cancelled before the order is completed (see Order Cancellation below). Full warranty service still applies to these items.

Third-Party Products

We do not accept returns for products not manufactured by Maus-Tec Electronics. If you encounter issues with a third-party product purchased through our Store, please contact the original manufacturer directly.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like a refund, a 15% order cancellation fee will be deducted from your order total to offset processing costs. This fee does not apply to shipping costs.

This cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund Process

All refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.). The time for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies. Maus-Tec does not control this processing time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
